Active Gear Material Guide

  • Discs and paddles (impact gear): PETG or TPU 95A only. PLA cracks on first real impact. Nozzle 240°C, bed 85°C, 4-6 perimeter walls, 25% gyroid infill.
  • Display shelves and desk gear: PLA+ is sufficient. 3 perimeters, 20% infill. Wall mount hardware: M4×20mm screws with anchors rated for 25 lbs.
  • Incense burners: PETG mandatory. PLA softens under incense heat. Keep the stick at least 15mm above the burner floor for proper airflow.
  • Disc weight tuning: Add steel shot to the rim weight ports on the putter to dial in your preferred feel. The ports are sized for 2mm steel BB shot.
