  • Organizers & Holders: PLA+ for extra durability. 3 perimeter walls, 20% infill. Add sand to the KeyVault's base cavity for a satisfying heavyweight feel.
  • Layer Height: 0.12mm on sign faces for an injection-molded look. 0.2mm for organizer bodies - speed over aesthetics on internal surfaces.
  • Ironing: Enable ironing on nameplate top faces. Flow at 12%, speed at 40mm/s - eliminates surface striations completely.
