Every purchase includes one or more STL files - the standard format supported by every major slicer (Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer, Cura, etc.). Some multi-part models include separate STL files for each component. No proprietary formats, no conversion required.
You receive two things: the STL file(s) for the model, and your license document confirming the rights granted (personal, commercial, or game dev). Both are delivered digitally and instantly after purchase. No physical media, no shipping wait.
Each catalog page includes recommended print settings: layer height, infill %, supports (most models are designed to be support-free), and bed adhesion notes. These are tested settings - not generic defaults. Slicer profiles are not included as a file, but the documented settings translate directly to any major slicer.
You can scale, mirror, and make basic slicer-level adjustments freely. Deep mesh editing or derivative work for resale is not permitted under any license. You cannot redistribute or resell the original or modified STL files in any form - only the finished physical prints (under commercial license) or in-game assets (under game dev license).
Files are digital goods delivered instantly - sales are final. However, every file in this catalog was physically printed and tested before listing. If you encounter a genuine file issue (not a slicer setting or material issue - an actual problem with the STL), email us and we will fix it or replace it personally. Our job is not done when you download.
All models are designed for consumer FDM printers with a minimum build volume of approximately 220×220mm. They've been tested on Elegoo and Bambu hardware, and should work on any standard bed-slinger or CoreXY: Bambu A1/X1, Elegoo Neptune/Saturn, Prusa MK4, Creality Ender/K1, Anycubic Kobra, and similar machines.
Most models are also SLA-compatible for resin printers, though you'll need to hollow and add drain holes manually depending on your machine.
The vast majority of catalog models were tested in PLA or PLA+ - the most accessible, forgiving, and consistent filament for consumer hardware. Models intended for functional use (tool holders, clips, outdoor items) are noted on their product pages where PETG or ASA would be more appropriate.

Overhangs are controlled, bridging distances are kept reasonable, and split-part designs are used wherever a single-piece print would require heavy support. Licensing is per model. If you want to sell 5 specific designs, you need 5 commercial licenses ($49 × 5 = $245, once) - or a 5-model license pack for 20% off. If you only sell one design consistently, you only pay for that one. This keeps costs proportional to the designs you actually use - you're not paying for 262 files when you only need 4.
Yes - with an active commercial license, you can sell physical printed copies anywhere: Etsy, eBay, Amazon Handmade, local craft markets, conventions, your own Shopify store, or direct to clients. There is no restriction on sales channel or volume.
No attribution is required under any license. You do not need to credit Drafted Dreams in your Etsy listings, game credits, product packaging, or anywhere else. The work is yours to sell as your own finished product.
No. Sharing, reselling, gifting, or redistributing the raw STL files in any form is not permitted under any license. This applies to both commercial and game dev licenses. What you're licensed to sell is the finished physical print (commercial) or the in-game rendered asset (game dev) - not the source file.
Personal-use files are available directly through Cults3D, typically priced around $10 per model. These allow you to print for yourself, as gifts, or for non-commercial purposes. You cannot sell prints under a personal license - that requires the commercial license.
