Post-it Holder Friction-Fit Guide

  • Pad fit tolerance: All holder cavities are sized for standard 3×3 inch Post-it pads (76mm × 76mm). Third-party sticky note pads vary by ±2mm - if it's loose, line the cavity wall with a thin strip of foam tape.
  • Layer height: 0.2mm is fine for all holders. The friction-fit geometry doesn't require high resolution - dimensional accuracy matters more than surface quality here.
  • Print orientation: Print base-down (as designed). Do not rotate to print on the side - the cavity walls will have visible layer lines that affect the friction fit.
  • Refill ease: All holder openings are sized for standard pad refills without disassembly. Slide the new pad in from the top.
